At Fain Studios, full payment is required at the time of booking.. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer:Bank details will be provided upon request during the booking process

3. Weekend Reservations

For weekend stays (Friday–Sunday), a minimum stay of 2 nights is required..

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Cancellations:You are eligible for a full refund only if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the check-in date.
  • Refund Processing:Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation confirmation and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Non-Payment Policy

Failure to make full payment at the time of booking will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.

6. Additional Fees

Depending on your chosen payment method or your bank’s policies, additional fees (such as currency conversion or international transfer charges) may apply. Fain Studios is not responsible for such fees and cannot issue refunds for them.
