1. Payment Policy

  • Full payment:: All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment confirms your reservation and guarantees accommodation availability.
  • Weekend stays:For weekends (Friday – Sunday), reservations are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights..

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in:If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your arrival date, you will receive a full refund with no penalties.
  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in:Reservations canceled less than 14 days prior to check-in are not eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy

If you do not arrive at the property on the scheduled date and have not canceled your reservation, the full amount paid will be retained. No refunds are offered for no-shows.

4. Reservation Modifications

  • Changes made more than 14 days before check-in:Reservation dates or details can be modified without penalty, subject to availability.
  • Changes made less than 14 days before check-in:No changes are allowed during this period.

5. Refunds

Refunds for canceled reservations will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original booking.

6. Cancellations by Fain Studios

Fain Studios reserves the right to cancel reservations in exceptional circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, etc.). In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule your stay for other available dates at no additional cost.

7. How to Cancel a Reservation

To cancel a reservation, please send an email to contact@fainstudios.ro with the subject line “Reservation Cancellation”, including your booking details (name, reservation number, and check-in/check-out dates). The date your email is received will be considered the official cancellation date.
